Dr. Ming Yu, the President and Founder of Red River, received her Ph. D. from Oklahoma State University. She worked at Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality in the Air Quality and Water Quality Divisions for seven years. She is also a licensed Professional Engineer and authorized to practice in engineering field.  She is one of the recipients of excellent achievements award from EPA for NPDES Program.
